The exclusive amenities provided here are truly luxurious! the indoor swimming pool has a great view of the Alps and is heated, the sauna and jacuzzi were amazing! We enjoyed the full body massage and the body scrub, both were expertly done by the highly trained staff. the spa lounge and the garden area are also great facilities that add to the luxurious experience.
The only minor downside we experienced was the slow service in the restaurant during dinner. the mouth-watering food and great wine selection made up for it.

Situated in front of a ski-lift, the hotel is a step away from the Fischer gletsjer area. the location is perfect for skiing enthusiasts. Rooms are clean and comfortable, with beautiful views of the Alps. Staff is friendly and accommodating, and the spa and swimming pool are great for relaxing after a day on the slopes. On top of that, the restaurant serves delicious food, including breakfast.
Some aspects of the hotel could use some improvement. the reception desk is frequently unmanned, which can be inconvenient needing assistance.

Perfect location! Just a few steps away from the gondola and close to many activities. They also offer a spa experience that is included in your stay. I enjoyed relaxing in their pool and Jacuzzi after a long day of sightseeing. the staff were friendly and welcoming.
the curtains in the room let in too much light, making it difficult to sleep in.

The hotel is strategically located near a ski lift, hikes and other entertainment opportunities. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating during our stay. We also enjoyed the fantastic frappés that were served in the restaurant.
The hotel management could benefit from more attentive staffing. It is frustrating when the reception is unmanned, and the pool is not stocked up with water.
